Joe Forgione
President & CEO
Joe Forgione is the President and CEO of RailComm and serves on its Board of Directors.
As President & CEO, Joe is responsible for RailComm’s corporate vision and leading the implementation of the company’s strategy and operating plan.
Joe has over 30 years of experience in leading emerging and established software and services technology companies.
Prior to joining RailComm, Joe held senior management positions within Lotus, IBM, Novell, and Sepaton. He has also been CEO of successful technology start-ups that resulted in significant exits, including an IPO and a M&A exit to Oracle.
Joe earned an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.S. in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Mark Cirucci
Chief Operating Officer
Mark Cirucci is the Chief Operating Officer of RailComm.
Mark oversees the day-to-day operations including Project Management and Delivery, Finance, Accounting, Information Technologies, and Administration.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar portfolios of international projects.
Prior to joining RailComm, Mark held senior management positions within multiple organizations, including Ansaldo STS, Expert Choice, and Hughes Automation.
Mark earned an M.B.A. from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
Andrew Kunzmann
Chief Technology Officer
Andrew Kunzmann is the Chief Technology Officer of RailComm.
Andy oversees the development of RailComm’s automation and communications platforms, and the research and development of new products and features. His teams are responsible for developing high quality software and hardware solutions that comply with safety and industry standards.
With over 25 years of experience in the rail industry, Andy has been key in the development of RailComm’s software and hardware solutions.
Prior to joining RailComm as co-founder, Andy worked for Alstom Transport for almost a decade where he led numerous control system design and test automation projects.
Andy earned an M.S. in Software Development and Management and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Troy Haworth
Vice President of Sales
Troy Haworth is the Vice President of Sales of RailComm.
Troy is responsible for RailComm’s commercial strategy to drive business growth and market share.
Troy has over 20 years of experience in all areas of sales strategy and management for computer software, telecommunications, and IT technologies and services.
Prior to joining RailComm, Troy held various sales and management positions in the technology sector, including GT Software, Rx Networks, Aepona, and IntelliOne Technologies.
Troy earned a B.A. in Communications from Georgia State University.
