BNSF Tulsa Adds 2 Cross-Overs to RailComm Control System December 11, 2006 -- RailComm, Inc. confirms the extensibility of their Domain Operations Controller (DOC®) system at the BNSF Tulsa Yard in Oklahoma by adding two additional cross-overs to their existing control system. Through the addition of power switch machines, wireless network expansions and improvements to the existing DOC® system, BNSF will gain complete control of both cross-overs. Reconfiguration of two existing workstations will allow for access by a system dispatcher and remote maintainer, simultaneously. The scalability of the RailComm system allows for limitless control of devices within reach of their RADiANT™ wireless network. The RADiANT™ data ratios allow for central control of devices such as switch machines, derails, blue flags, etc within a 10 miles radius or more, dependent on topography.
