RailComm to Provide Dispatch Control System for Austin's Capital Metro October 1, 2007 -- RailComm, Inc. has been selected to provide its Domain Operations Controller (DOC®) system for Track Warrant Control and Centralized Train Control for Austin’s Capital Metro new commuter rail service. RailComm will also be providing over 75 field code emulator devices and wireless communication modules for all control points. Additionally, two redundant servers will be configured with automatic failover to support a six-workstation control center located in Austin, Texas.
