RailComm CTC System Controls Nashville Commuter Rail Trains September 18, 2006 – RailComm, Inc. has completed testing and cut over of its DOC®:CTC Centralized Traffic Control system for Nashville’s Music City Star commuter rail and the Nashville & Eastern Railroad. Additionally, Nashville & Eastern personnel have been trained in the operation of the system. The Music City Star is a 32-mile commuter rail corridor linking Nashville and Lebanon, TN. RailComm was awarded the project in June 2006 and completed cut over in late August 2006. The rapid delivery of the DOC® control system is indicative of the flexibility and modular design of Railcomm’s Computer Aided Dispatch systems.
