NICTD Selects RailComm
to Conduct GCOR Training (Revision 2005) For Immediate Release FAIRPORT, NY – RailComm, Inc. has been selected to conduct GCOR training (Revision 2005) by Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD). This training is part of the NICTD revitalization plan for their 75-mile commuter railroad. NICTD has made the strategic decision to switch from their current rule set to the universally accepted GCOR rule set. RailComm, Inc. will train and qualify over 130 NICTD staff in the latest revision of the GCOR rule set. RailComm is also providing a Railway Workers Protection recertification course as part of the training contract. The goal is to have the training completed by the end of February 2006, in time for the implementation of the RailComm, Inc. Office Control System using the RailComm, Inc. DOC®:CTC, DOC®:SCADA and DOC®:TWC integrated application packages.
