Commands RailAmerica’s Second Regional Dispatching Center For Immediate Release FAIRPORT, NY – March 30, 2005 RailComm, Inc. has supplied RailAmerica a second regional dispatch center based on DOC® (Domain Operations Controller) technology. The new center is in Cincinnati, Ohio and provides signalized control (CTC) and Track Warrant Control from a common computing platform. The DOC® system is configured with a GCOR compliant rule set that provides full conflict checking and the automatic completion of warrants. This system currently dispatches the recently expanded rail system in Ohio for RailAmerica. Additionally, RailComm has added yet another active DOC® workstation to the American Rail Dispatching Center (ARDC) in St. Albans, VT. The ARDC is now operating five DOC® workstations to control over 20 railroads across the U.S. Thomas R.
