Moore Accepts Chairman's Position for Vermont Rail Subcommittee January 28, 2008 -- Charlie Moore, VP Business Development for RailComm, has accepted the Chairman’s position of Vermont's Passenger Rail Sub-committee. Members of this committee include Vermont Rail Systems (VRS) President, David Wulfson and Charles Hunter, General Manager of the New England Central Railroad (NECR). The Vermont Rail Advisory Council established the formation of the sub-committee to advise the council, in coordination with the Agency of Transportation, on the passenger issues of rail transportation in Vermont.
